CANCELLATION POLICY
Week-day reservations require notice 48 hours prior to arrival
Week-end and 7-night or longer reservations require notice 7 days
prior to arrival
Holidays require a minimum notice of 10 days
Any untimely cancellation will incur:
1-Night fee for stays up to 3 Nights long
2-Night fee for stays from 4 to 9 Nights long
1-Week fee for stays of 10 nights or longer
All confirmed reservations cancelled prior to the above policy
period, are subject to a $20.00 Administration Fee.
Holidays require a Minimum Stay. Week-end and Holiday reservations
require a deposit to be charged upon confirmation. Any deposit is
non-refundable for cancellations falling within policy period or
no-shows. Deposits left for timely-cancelled bookings will be
refunded less a $20+tax Administration Fee deduction. Deposits are
applied to your last night's stay.
